Think Gray! was established in 2002, with a Mission to help people become more resilient, persistent and consistently successful at work. In other words, to be considerably happier and therefore significantly more effective in their work.
We help people find “flow” - by helping them better understand what constitutes good form and then turning that learning into effective action that supports sustainable success strategies.
Our models and methodologies were developed using validated interventions developed from research from the fields of positive psychology, behavioural sciences and organisational and individual effectiveness. Some of the research that has informed and continues to inform our work can be found listed here.
